Events I Attended in 2011:

February 19 &26 - AMC Best Picture Showcase. This is the ultimate event for anyone who is a film buff or who loves getting into the hype of the awards season. In my case, I’m both. :P This was my first year where we watched all 10 nominees for “Best Picture” on two separate weekends. It was soo much fun! And now I can’t wait to do it again this February.

April 15 - Monster Ball at Amway Center in Orlando: I still can’t believe I saw Lady Gaga on my 23rd birthday! XD That night, my life changed forever. The picture I posted is from where we sat during the concert. Not a bad view at all, eh?

May 27 - Spooky Empire’s Mayhem Convention: The first Mayhem convention for them to hold -a convention for horror fans. Because I didn’t have the money for admission, I volunteered and worked the Dealer Room. I met Norman Reedus! And he signed my volunteer shirt! XD I also saw part of the cast from “Walking Dead”. :D And Bruce Campbell sat at my table in the break room! And I was the only one at the table! XD hehe

October 7-9 - Went to Spooky Empire’s annual Ultimate Horror Weekend convention. I met Sam, Lorena and Pam from “True Blood.” They all signed my Tru Blood bottle! :D

This is going to cost me a fortune to meet them and have them sign my bottle!

And I’m terrible at talking to celebrities when I meet them. I’m so nervous and I sound like an idiot. XD

And I don’t have my halloween costume together! Argh! XD
