I think I’m done.  I just want to cut the corners so they’re rounded and scan the entire piece in, but I can’t do either of these things until the buildings open again in a week.

Ink, colored pencil, vine charcoal, and Mod Podge to lift the hair and lips from everything else.

It’s my own piece of pyrography and it took me about a week to finish it. I did everything on the piece because I felt I had to do a piece that represented the inspiration Marilyn Monroe has given me since I was a teenager.

I’m hoping I can sell it to someone who appreciates Marilyn Monroe just as much I do.
